WHAT TO KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS ENROLLED IN CAMP
- Reservation policy: Camp reservations can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance.
- Camp Cancellation & Refund Policy: All camp registrations are final sale once the camp has started and cannot be refunded or exchanged, with no exceptions.
- 72+ hours before camp start: Full refund available.
- 24–72 hours before camp start: Refund available minus a $10 cancellation fee per day if refunded to the original payment method. Full refund if issued as account credit for future camps or classes.
- Less than 24 hours before camp start: No refunds.

- Symptom Removal Policy: The symptoms below qualify for the Artist Lab or their employees or any involved parties to remove child (ren) from the classroom which will result in sending children home early. If child (ren) displays any of these symptoms, parent should not bring them to the Artist Lab San Diego.

IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION
- Please Bring: Snack, water bottle, and lunch (if they are staying for a full day.)
- Age: 4 and up
- Food Allergies: Please do not send any nut products to the camp with children (In consideration of children with allergies.)
- Grouping: It is usually based on age and skills, then by full day and half day campers to ensure a smoother transition between the different camp session options.
- Friend Request: To accommodate to the best of our ability please have friends enrolled in the same camp session who want to be placed in the same camp group.
