Thanksgiving Camp Half-day: 9:00am-12:00pm

WHAT TO KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS ENROLLED IN CAMP

• Payment policy: Free cancellation up to 72 hours BEFORE the start time. If you need to cancel between the 24-hour and 72-hour window, we can refund you with a $10 cancellation fee PER DAY if we process the refund onto the original form of payment; you will still receive a full refund if we refund the amount as account credit, which can be used for future camps or classes. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice to the start of the day for daily registrants or the start of the week for weekly registrants you will not receive a refund. • Missed Camp: This is a ONE day camp. A pass will be deducted if the attendee missed the camp.

IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION

• Please Bring: Snack, water bottle, and lunch (if they are staying for a full day.)
• Age: Children must be 3.5 years old and potty trained to attend.
• Food Allergies: Please do not send any nut products to the camp with children (In consideration of children with allergies.)
• Grouping: It is usually based on age and skills, then by full day and half day campers to ensure a smoother transition between the different camp session options.
• Friend Request: To accommodate to the best of our ability please have friends enrolled in the same camp session who want to be placed in the same camp group.
